D-12-2 was a member of Mobile Task Force D-12 "Mud Slingers" who was killed during their team's expedition into SCP-1730.

D-12-2 was dispatched alongside the rest of their team in front of SCP-1730's main entrance, and was the last to respond in the mic check conducted by D-12 Captain. Upon entering the structure, Two discovered the message "What did we do?" scrawled on one of the lobby's walls.
When MTF D-12 descended down a service elevator to Level B3, Two was ordered to stand watch by the elevator with D-12-5 as the rest of the team surveyed the floor. At some point shortly after, Two and Five were separated from their team and Provisional Site-23 Command's communications via a spatial anomaly. Displaced into a large utility room with boilers and a caved in wall, D-12-2 was overwhelmed by giant leeches that most likely killed them after burrowing into their chest and assuming control of their body.
Shortly following the demise of D-12-3, "Two" and Five's mics reconnected to Site Command's audio channel, and the leech controlling Two's corpse nonchalantly greeted the surprised operator with a "Oh shit, hey Site Command." The fake D-12-2 lied, saying that they were still at the elevator, where they had assumed their radios had stopped working, and were just waiting for their squadmates to get back. The Site Command operator announced they were reestablishing video contact with their body cams, and "Two" was unable to protest before the video signals reconnected. The status of D-12-5's exsanguinated, hanging corpse was seen through D-12-2's body camera, but the audio-visual signals permanently severed two frames after the said body opened its eyes.
