D-3560 was a D-Class personnel stationed at SCP Foundation Site-64. In the 1990s, D-3560 was the subject of the fifteenth test with SCP-3460, alongside D-2106.
After their picture was taken and placed in SCP-3460, D-3560 entered a testing chamber provided with a pair of handcuffs, the respective key, and multiple tools. After the tools were demonstrated to be functioning normally, D-3560 was handcuffed to D-2106 and tasked to free each other and leave the chamber while SCP-3460's needles were held together. During attempts to remove the handcuffs, D-3560 found that the key jammed in the lock, the batteries on all electric tools died, and the handles on several manual tools broke on attempted use. Upon release of SCP-3460's needles, D-3560 successfully freed themself from the handcuffs and exited the testing chamber.[1]
