After her incarceration and the passing of her romantic partner, D-430276 was diagnosed with nephropathy. Entering the end-stage of her renal disease, D-430276 was reserved for a cross-test between SCP-4999 and SCP-458.
On her deathbed, D-430276 was left alone in a room with SCP-458 and recording equipment to document the test. SCP-4999 manifested as planned, and activated the supplied pizza box, procuring an extra large, half supreme-half pepperoni. After sharing her favorite pizza with SCP-4999, D-430276 succumbed to kidney failure with someone to watch over her.
