Tsewang Paljor (d. May 11th, 1996) was a member of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police, recognized posthumously as "Green Boots" for the brightly-colored Koflach brand boots he was wearing at the time of his death. Paljor collapsed and died from hypothermia on Mount Everest's northeast ridge route, his death unrelated to SCP-1529 and the concurrent Incident 1529-1.
